Before you begin, ensure that you know how to connect our KDS with your POS system. Click here to read on how to set up KDS.
Once your KDS is setup, completing an order/ item depending on your "Notification Time" setup, will automatically update the order status on the ORD as well.
Marking an order as completed on the KDS will update the order number to "Ready to Collect"
Marking an order as served on the KDS will remove the order number from "Ready to Collect"
