When an account is disabled, your online store will not be accessible and you will not be able to use D-Store applications. An account that is disabled due to violations will require an appeal to be submitted before you will regain access.
What happens when your account is disabled
You can continue to sign in to D-Store console, however you won't be able to take orders or accept payments through the mobile applications. sign in to .
In some cases, you'll get an email or text message from D-Store to tell you that your account is disabled.
Ask us to restore your account
If you own the account, you can request for a review.
Send an email to [email protected] with the header 'Apply to review disabled account'
If your appeal isn’t approved, your subscription status will remain as Disabled. If no further action is taken, your account will be permanently disabled and considered for deletion.
Download data from account
To access your data, sign in to your D-Store console as you normally do. Then, you may export data from Orders, Reports and Inventory.
Why accounts are disabled
Accounts are usually disabled if the account's owner hasn't followed our policies under our Service Agreement. Reasons for why accounts are disabled may include, but not limited to the following.
Account hacking or hijacking
Breaching service agreement Child sexual abuse & exploitation
Creating a false identity to deceive people
Export or sanctions law violations
Harassment, bullying, & threats
Impersonation & misrepresentation of identity
Malware, phishing & other harmful activities

Terrorist content
Use of multiple accounts for abuse
Valid legal requests
