Understand subscription models

Updated over 12 months ago

This guide introduces you to D-Store subscription models and their rules for a better understanding of your options.

Subscription models

D-Store offers three unique products, each with a free subscription option (subject to specific renewal conditions). You always have the option to upgrade to a paid model, in which case the conditions below would not apply.

D-Store all-in-one POS free subscription conditions

You must achieve a specific total payment volume (TPV) each month to renew your subscription.

  • Integrated payment volume: This includes payments processed in-person or online using D-Store Payment via QR codes or cards. You can easily find your monthly target displayed at the top of your Home page or in the Subscription Management page.

  • Subscription renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly when the TPV target is met by a specified date after account registration and at the end of each subsequent month.

Subscription rules

Expiration

When a subscription expires (conditions are not met for renewal), the following constraints apply:

  • Suspension of access: You will no longer be able to log in to any connected devices to access the D-Store POS or D-Store Online Order App. However, you can still access the D-Store Console through the web version.

  • Reactivating access: To remove the suspension and restore full functionality, please upgrade to a paid plan.

Account disabled

D-Store reserves the right to disable any account without notice under the following circumstances:

  • The subscription has expired and remains unrenewed.

  • An account shows no activity (e.g., no payments or transactions) for an extended period of time.

If an account remains disabled for a prolonged period, it may be permanently terminated, in which case your account and all associated data will be deleted.
