Store information
The following list describes the key fields under the Store Information section:
Store Name: This field supports multi-language entry and is displayed to buyers. For more information on multi-language settings, refer to Multi-language capability.
Organization: This field specifies the organization your store belongs to.
Store Alias Code: This field uniquely identifies the store when your store's sales data is sent to the third-party system.
Contact Number: This field is displayed on the buyer's end.
Store Address: This field supports multi-language entry and is displayed to buyers. For more information on multi-language settings, refer to Multi-language capability.
Region: Select the location of your store if you operate in Malaysia.
Coordinates: This field specifies the exact address of your store.
Tax and service charge
Tax Included in Price: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether tax is included in the price.
Tax Rate: This field specifies the percentage of government-mandated taxes applied to an order.
Service Charge Rate: This field specifies the percentage of additional fees added to the subtotal to cover service-related costs.
