Choice group details are organized into two sections. Within each section, fields marked with a red asterisk are required. This guide explains key fields in each section to help you set up choice groups.
Basic information
The following list describes the key fields under the Basic Information section:
Choice Group Name and Description: These two fields support multi-language entry and are displayed to buyers. For more information on multi-language settings, refer to Multi-language capability.
Minimum Selection and Maximum Selection: These two fields specify how many choices buyers can select within a choice group. Ensure that the value in the Maximum Selection field is greater than or equal to the value in the Minimum Selection field. Double-check your inputs to avoid unexpected errors.
Choice settings
The Choice Settings section links choices to the choice group. Key features in this section include:
Link choices: Click Add Choice and select one of the following options:
Select an existing choice from the dropdown menu organized into the following two tabs based on their type:
Modifier
Item
Create a new modifier as a choice by clicking Add Modifier under the Modifier tab. You can quickly create a modifier by entering a name and a price. To provide more details, go to Product > Modifier and edit the modifier later.
Adjust display order: Use the upward and downward arrows beside each choice group to change its order in the store.
