Online store operating hours and available service types are configured to determine when customers can place orders and where they will dine. Within each section, fields marked with a red asterisk are required. This guide explains the key fields in each section to help you set up online stores.
Take the following steps to access the settings:
On D-Store Console, go to Online > Settings.
On the Online Stores page, locate the store and click Edit under the Action column.
Store Operating Hours
Status
Open: Select this option to enable the customers to place orders in a consistent period within one day in your stores.
Split: Select this option to enable the customers to place orders in two different periods within one day in your stores.
Closed: Select this option to prevent customers from placing orders in your stores.
Operating Hours
This field specifies the store's business hours during which the customers can place orders.
After configuring operating hours for any day of the week, you can click Apply to all to ensure the business settings are applied to all the other days.
After configuring operating hours for all the days of the week, you can click Apply settings to all services to ensure the business settings are applied to all the enabled service types.
Available Service Types
To enable the service types, turn on the toggle. Click Edit Settings to set up each service type. The following describes the key fields under each service type.
Dine-in
Service Mode: This field specifies how the order is served to buyers.
Payment Timing: This field determines when the buyer must pay.
Payment Mode: This field is only available when Post-payment (Dine first, pay later) in Payment Timing is selected. It specifies where the payment is collected.
Enable Table Sharing: This field is only available when Table service in Service Mode is selected. Enable or disable this option to indicate whether the bills on one table are split.
Require Pax Count: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether the cashiers and customers need to enter the number of customers at a table.
Preparation Time: This field specifies reminders for the remaining preparation time.
Auto Accept Orders: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether the orders can be automatically accepted.
Service Hours: This field allows you to customize store operating hours for each day of the week. You can also keep it consistent with the store's operating hours.
Pickup
Enable Schedule Orders: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether customers are allowed to place scheduled orders for a specific date and time.
Days in Advance: This field is only available when Enable Schedule Orders is enabled. It specifies the number of days in advance an order can be booked.
Blackout Period: This field is only available when Enable Schedule Orders is enabled. It specifies the number of days within which orders cannot be booked.
Time-slot Intervals: This field specifies the fixed time blocks used to manage order reservations.
Minimum Order Amount: This field specifies the minimum order amount required for placing a single order.
Require Mobile Number: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether customers are required to provide a mobile number when placing orders.
Preparation Time: This field specifies the reminders for the remaining preparation time.
Auto Accept Orders: Enable or disable this option to indicate whether the orders can be automatically accepted.

Delivery
