About D-Store Payment

D-Store Payment transforms any NFC-enabled mobile device into a payment terminal. Accept contactless cards and QR code payments through your existing hardware for a flexible checkout experience.

Process QR payments

  1. Tap Create Sale in the D-Store Payment app.

  2. Select Scan to Pay as payment method.

  3. Enter payment amount and tap Charge.

  4. Show the QR code to customer for scanning.

  5. View payment status on screen - successful payments will display date, time and payment request ID; failed payments will show the reason for failure.

Process card payments

  1. Tap Create Sale in the D-Store Payment app.

  2. Select Card as payment method.

  3. Enter payment amount and tap Charge.

  4. If required, the app will prompt customer to enter PIN or provide e-signature.

  5. Instruct customer to tap, insert, or swipe their card on the terminal.

  6. View payment status on screen - successful payments will display date, time and payment request ID; failed payments will show the reason for failure.

Cancel card/ QR payments

To cancel a payment in progress, ensure the transaction has not been completed (customer hasn't tapped, scanned, or swiped their card yet). Tap the X icon in the top left corner, then tap Yes, cancel payment.

Access transaction reports

View earnings summaries, processing totals, voids, refunds, and transaction details for any date range from the Transactions screen.

Process refunds

Note: Requires Store Manager role or above

  1. Tap Transactions in the D-Store Payment app.

  2. Select the specific transaction to refund.

  3. Tap the Refund button.

  4. Enter Store Manager 6-digit PIN.

  5. Review details, enter reason, and tap Confirm.

  6. Confirm again in the popup window, then tap Done.

  7. Receipt will print automatically upon successful refund.
