Change product price and set status

You can change the price of a single product, bulk change prices across service types and sales channels, and manage product availability. This guide walks you through the steps for modifying prices and updating product status.

Before you begin

Before changing prices or updating statuses, ensure you have created products for your D-Store. For more information on creating products, refer to Bulk import products and categories, and Create and update modifiers.

Change product price

Change item price

To change the price of an item, take the following steps:

  1. On D-Store Console, go to Products > Items.

  2. Locate the target item in the list and click Change Price in the Actions column.

  3. Change the default price or customize prices by sales channel, service type, and store. You can set a universal price for all stores or customize prices for individual stores.

  4. Click Save to apply the new price.

Change modifier price

To change the price of a modifier, take the following steps:

  1. On D-Store Console, go to Products > Modifiers.

  2. Locate the target modifier in the list and click Change Price in the Actions column.

  3. Change the default price or customize prices by sales channel, service type, and store. You can set a universal price for all stores or customize prices for individual stores.

  4. Click Save to apply the new price.

Bulk change prices of products

To bulk change the prices of products, take the following steps:

  1. On D-Store Console, go to Products > Items or Modifiers.

  2. Click Bulk Change Prices.

  3. Select the items or modifiers whose prices you want to change.

  4. Specify product prices based on sales channel and service type. You can adjust the prices by percentage or fixed amount relative to the default price.

  5. Click Save. In the confirmation popup, click Save to proceed.

Note: If you select and specify Fixed decimal number, the prices are automatically rounded to that decimal. For example, if you enter 0.99, all modified prices will be rounded to end in 0.99.

Set product status

Refer to the following sections to update the availability of your products:

Set item status

To update the availability of an item, take the following steps:

  1. On D-Store Console, go to Products > Items.

  2. Locate the target item in the list and click Set Status in the Actions column.

  3. On the Set Status page, locate the store where you want to update the item.

  4. In the Action column, select a suitable option:

    • Delist: Remove an item from the store.

    • List: Publish an item to the store and make it available for ordering.

    • Set as Sold Out: Keep the item displayed but make it unavailable for ordering.

    • Set as Available: Make a sold-out item available again for ordering.

Set modifier status

To update the availability of a modifier, take the following steps:

  1. On D-Store Console, go to Products > Modifiers.

  2. Locate the target item in the list and click Set Status in the Actions column.

  3. On the Set Status page, locate the store where you want to update the modifier.

  4. In the Action column, select a suitable option:

    • Delist: Remove a modifier from the store.

    • List: Publish a modifier to the store and make it available for ordering.

    • Set as Sold Out: Keep the modifier displayed but make it unavailable for ordering.

    • Set as Available: Make a sold-out modifier available again for ordering.
