Set up your payment terminal's built-in printer

Updated over 11 months ago

If your payment terminal has a built-in thermal printer (e.g., iMin Swift 2 Pro or N950), the printer should connect automatically when you log into D-Store Payment app. Follow these steps to check connection status or modify printer settings.

  1. In D-Store Payment app, go to Settings

  2. Tap on the connected printer. If status shows Disconnected, ensure your device Bluetooth is turned on to restore connection.

  3. Adjust printer settings as needed:

    1. Printer Name: Default name for built-in printers is "InnerPrinter" - you can rename it if desired

    2. Paper Width: Select either 58mm or 80mm based on your receipt paper size

    3. Print Options: Choose which copies to print (customer copy, merchant copy) and whether to enable automatic printing after payments. If auto-print is disabled, you'll see a Print button on the payment status screen after each transaction for manual printing.

  4. Tap Confirm to save changes.
