1. Why did the report fail to send to the mall server?

Unfortunately, many shopping malls still use dated connection methods like FTP/SFTP servers, which were developed decades ago and have inherent limitations. These older systems:

  • Are more prone to connectivity issues, timeouts, and server downtime

  • Lack robust error handling and recovery mechanisms

  • May have periodic maintenance windows that block access

  • Often impose strict file format requirements

While D-Store cannot identify the specific cause of a failed report transmission, these mall-side infrastructure limitations are the most common reason. We recommend:

  • Verifying your mall server connection details are correct

  • Testing the mall FTP/SFTP server connection using FileZilla or similar tools

  • Checking with your mall management if they're experiencing any server issues

2. How is the Gross Turnover (GTO) calculated in D-Store?

D-Store calculates your GTO based on your order data. To verify your GTO, go to Order and export your data for the desired period (daily or monthly). The GTO is calculated by adding the Net Total and Service Charge together. Note that:

  1. GTO does not include tax as this is not considered part of merchant sales.

  2. The Net Total does not include packaging fees or delivery fees.

  3. The Net Total already accounts for platform-funded discounts.

  4. The Net Total does not include Service Charge, which is why it must be added separately to calculate the final GTO.
