In unlikely events, D-Store may fail to automatically submit your report to the mall server at scheduled intervals. You will receive a real-time email notification to remind you to try manual resending after checking that all server connection settings are inputted correctly.
Go to D-Store Console > Integration > Mall Integration.
You will see the "Failed" send status beside the respective report.
Click Resend under the action column.
Note: You can only resend a report up to 5 times. The send status will change to Locked after failing to resend for 5 times. In that case, click on Download under the action column to download the report and send it via email manually. Reaching the Locked status also means that the report for the next day will not continue to send automatically. Please send an email to [email protected] so we can assist you.
