D-Store POS supports any cash drawer that supports connection via an RJ12 cable. You can connect a cash drawer to a printer or a terminal port.
If you are connecting a cash drawer to a printer, make sure you have set up the printer in D-store POS. See Thermal printers.
If are using a terminal port, make sure you have plugged the cash drawer firmly into the port.

Tap on
on the bottom left of D-store POS to open the side navigationTap on Settings > Hardware
Tap on Add a cash drawer
Select the connection method
Via Hardware Port
If you have connected the cash drawer to a terminal
Via Printer
if you are have connected the cash drawer to a printer.
Select the printer that is connected to the cash drawer.
See Thermal Printers if you have not set up your thermal printer.
Tap on Confirm to complete setup
Note: Only 1 cash drawer can be added for each register

To test if the cash drawer is properly connected,
Tap on
on the bottom left of D-store POS to open the side navigationTap on Cash Drawer
Tap on Open Cash Drawer
Select Others
Enter reason as ‘Testing’
Tap on Open
Tap on Confirm
