Launch your store across multiple sales channels, including Google Maps and Search, and regional e-wallet applications.
This guide walks you through the steps to launch your online store.
Before you begin
Before launching an online store, ensure that you have prepared the store assets. Uploading the assets is not mandatory, and the default assets are used if none are provided. However, uploading your assets can help personalize your store.
Launch online store
To launch an online store, take the following steps:
Click Customize to navigate to Theme during your onboarding.
Enter the theme details and upload the store assets.
Click Launch to finalize all the theme settings, and your online store is created successfully.

Domain Settings
Default domain
The Default D-Store domain serves as the URL for your online store. By default, a unique slug is generated using a combination of random numbers and characters. Click the edit icon to modify the slug of your default domain (e.g., change it to your brand name). After confirming your changes, click Save.
Custom domain
Custom D-Store domain: Change the slug. After confirming your changes, click Submit.
Your own domain: If you already have a domain, enter your own domain and click Submit.
D-Store Settings
You can preview all changes in the Live Demo panel on the right of the Theme page. Click Save to save the configurations.
D-Store Name: Enter your online store name.
D-Store Logo: Upload your store logo.
Homepage Pickup Icon: If no images are uploaded, the default image in the upload area is used.
Homepage Dine-in Icon: If no images are uploaded, the default image in the upload area is used.
Displayed Service Type: Choose whether to enable Pickup, Dine-in, or both as service options for online orders.
Order Remarks: Toggle on if you want to allow customers to leave order remarks.
Contact Phone No.: Toggle on if you would like to display your business phone number.
Contact Email: Enter your business email address if you would like it to be displayed on the homepage.
Layout
Template: The display view of your store on the customer end.
Category Bar Display: Enable this option to display categories on the ordering page. Choose how the categories appear in the form of Landscape or Portrait.
Item Image Ratio: Select the ratio for food images on the ordering page (4:3 or 1:1).
Featured Service Type: Choose which service type (e.g., Pick-up, Dine-in or Delivery) to emphasize on the homepage.
Theme
Style: Currently, only Light Theme is supported and it is the default style.
Colors:
Select Custom to define your own brand color. Click Advanced Settings to further customize the color of icons, buttons, signs, backgrounds, blocks, borders, and labels. For promotion colors, you can customize the highlighted content and background colors. Additionally, you can customize the neutral color to apply to key elements and text.
Select Recommended to use a preset set of three complementary color tones.
Text
Select the font type from the dropdown menu, or click Upload Font to upload your brand's font file.
Homepage
Upload a marketing asset for the top banner.
Authorization Page
Welcome Image: Upload a welcome image to display at the center of the authorization page. If no images are uploaded, the default image in the upload area is used.
User Agreement: Review and confirm the auto-generated terms and conditions displayed on the user agreement page.
